Last night, we took it down a notch & toured “Austin’s Top Romantic Spots”, whilst singing only love ballads on the karaoke.
Our stops included:
1. The very romantic Capitol Building (a popular local cheap date destination)
2. The Lake (behind the Four Seasons– verrrrrry romantic)
3. Amy’s Ice Cream/Waterloo Records (both so cool they’re hot)
4. The Treaty Oak (where the Cowboys & Indians signed a peace treaty and centuries later a psycho tried to poison it b/c his girlfriend dumped him).
Thanks for the memories, kids.
We’ll turn it up a notch since it’s Kestrin’s last night in town (she’s leaving us for Australia tomorrow, sniff!)
